1. General Rules
Promotions are available for a limited time and may end without notice. They apply only to eligible products and cannot be exchanged for cash. Zivora Glow reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

2. Promo Codes
Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply. We are unable to apply a code after an order has been placed. Promo codes may have:
— A minimum order value
— A maximum discount amount
— A usage limit
— A specific start and end date

3. One Code Per Order
Unless clearly stated otherwise, only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, automatic discounts, or bundle deals.

4. Eligibility & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse a promotion if we believe: — A code is being shared publicly when intended for a specific group — A code is being used in a way that violates these terms — An order appears fraudulent or unauthorized

If a promotion is removed due to misuse, you will be charged the correct order total or your order may be canceled and refunded in full.

5. Pricing Errors
We may correct errors related to pricing, discount amounts, or product eligibility. If a promotion is listed incorrectly due to a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

6. Returns on Discounted Orders
If you return an item purchased during a promotion: — Your refund is based on the amount you actually paid after the discount — not the original price — Original shipping fees are non-refundable — Return shipping for change of mind returns is the customer’s responsibility — If your return causes your order total to fall below a minimum spend threshold that qualified you for free shipping or an automatic discount, we may adjust your refund to reflect the correct final order value

7. Free Gifts & Bundle Deals
If your promotion includes a free gift and you return the items that made you eligible for it, you must return the free gift in unused condition. If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

8. Limited Stock
Promotions are subject to stock availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an item sells out during a promotion, we may cancel that item from your order and issue a refund for it.

9. Geographic Limits
Some promotions may not be available in certain regions due to shipping restrictions or local regulations. Eligibility will be indicated at the time of the promotion.

10. Changes to Promotions

We may modify or end any promotion at any time, including changes to:
— Discount amount
— Eligible products
— End date
— Minimum spend requirements
— Maximum usage limits
