Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order if: — Payment fails or is reversed — We suspect fraud or unauthorized use — There is a pricing or listing error — The item becomes unavailable

If we cancel after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Prices
Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees such as currency conversion fees. You are responsible for any such charges.

Payments
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. We do not store your full card details on our site — your payment information is handled securely by Stripe or PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery
Zivora Glow ships to the United States and United Kingdom. — Processing time: 1–2 business days — Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch — A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, public holidays, or factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in your order total unless stated at checkout. You are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at hello@zivoraglow.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.

Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We accept returns for:

— Damaged items
— Defective items
— Wrong item received

Return Shipping Costs — Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. — Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping and will reship, replace, or refund based on the case.

Refund Timing Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the refund.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package: — Check with neighbors, building reception, or your local mail room — Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — Then reach out to us at hello@zivoraglow.com and we will assist you

You agree not to:

— Upload malware or harmful code
— Use the site to commit fraud
— Copy, scrape, or resell any site content without written permission

Intellectual Property
